How do I apply for Rewards For Forces Card?

In order to apply for a Rewards For Forces Card, please sign up to the website here, if you have not already done so. When you log in to either site you will see a button on the navigation bar called ‘Purchase Card'. Click on this button and you will then be guided through the process.

I cannot use a feature on the website?

Please contact our team via email at feedback@rewardsforforces.co.uk or telephone us on 01604 647770 and let us know which feature or website offer is not working. The IT team will test the system and get the website working again for you and get back in touch with you when it has been resolved.

I have forgotten my password?

Please use the forgotten password link to request a new password and we will send it out to your registered email address. Alternatively, please call our team on 01604 647770, who will be happy to help you.

I have requested a password via the website, but nothing has been received?

The registration form won't accept my date of birth?

When entering your DOB please use the following example format - 11/12/1954
If you add the 'slashes' where applicable it will work correctly.
